FRS/GMRS mobile transceiver

Hi guys: Is there such thing as a mobile two-way radio that can use the frs and gmrs channels just like a regular handheld family radio?

I would like to find one that can go in the car and looks like a mobile CB radio but is able to work on the frs/gmrs channels.
