Best way to learn Morse Code

Morse Code is no longer required to get an Amateur Radio license, but many Hams still use the code because they like it. Morse has several advantages over voice (SSB) signals, and often it will ‘get through’ under weak propagation conditions, when voice signals are too faint to be understood.
