FRS/GMRS mobile transceiver

Hi guys: Is there such thing as a mobile two-way radio that can use the frs and gmrs channels just like a regular handheld family radio?

I would like to find one that can go in the car and looks like a mobile CB radio but is able to work on the frs/gmrs channels.

Talk to Ham Radio operators

I live in Mesquite, Texas, and I  own a 14-mile GMRS/FRS 2-way radio.
I want to talk with amateur ham radio operators and relay weather reports. Can I do that with a 2-way radio, or do I need to go and buy some other radio equipment?
