What CB antenna will fit in this hole?

Can I screw a short CB antenna into the hole in my car that was used for the music radio antenna?
I dont listen to the radio in my car. I have my Ipod connected .into the radio‘s Aux jack; and I listen to that instead.
But I have a CB set and I would like to install it in my car, but I don’t want to drill any holes fora CB antenna.
Does anybody make some short CB antenna that I could screw into the standard antenna mount that is already on the vehicle? Something around one to two feet long would be great.
Can I just remove the AM/FM radio antenna from my car and screw in the CB antenna?

Radio Shack use to sell a combination CB/FM antenna. Check there or EBAY.
The antenna splitter/CB-adapter that RS used to sell decades ago was a very poor compromise antenna. It didn’t screw onto your existing radio antenna; instead it was a little matchbox-sized adapter that you added to the antenna plug inside the car. It had a little matching circuit for the broadcast radio antenna, and split the antenna connection into two plugs inside the car. One for the CB radio and the other for the AM/FM radio. They were crap, but useful if you wanted to hide your CB, that’s all. I’d suggest you leave the broadcast radio antenna untouched (much better for when you sell your car) and add a small CB helical whip. This can have a gutter mount which goes above the car door – or you can have a boot/trunk lip mount which can be at the front or back of the car, wherever is most convenient. A one or two foot antenna will be crap. Go for at least a 4 foot helical antenna. 5 or 6 feet would be better. Yes I know they are big but at least they will work right!
